2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में अभी कुछ महीने बाकी हैं, लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राज्य में होने वाले स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों से पहले अपनी रैलियों के माध्यम से उत्तर प्रदेश की 80 सीटों के लिए पार्टी की कहानी पहले ही तय कर दी है। 

4 और 11 मई को दो चरणों में होगा।

केवल सात दिनों में आयोजित 19 रैलियों में, आदित्यनाथ ने "माफिया", "अपराधी", "दंगा", "गुंडा", "तमंचा" (देश निर्मित पिस्तौल), और "स्वच्छता" जैसे शब्दों का जमकर उल्लेख किया। इन रैलियों को उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है क्योंकि ये रैलियां गैंगस्टर से राजनेता बने अतीक अहमद और उनके भाई अशरफ की पिछले महीने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थीं, 

जबकि एक अन्य माफिया से राजनेता बने मुख्तार अंसारी को हाल ही में 10 साल कैद की सजा सुनाई गई थी।

आदित्यनाथ अपराध दर को कम करने और माफिया पर नकेल कसने में भाजपा सरकार की उपलब्धियों को सक्रिय रूप से बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं, जबकि इस मुद्दे पर समाजवादी पार्टी को भी निशाना बना रहे हैं।

24 अप्रैल को सहारनपुर, शामली और अमरोहा में अपनी जनसभाओं के दौरान, उन्होंने आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए सरकार के प्रयासों पर जोर दिया। लाइव हिंदुस्तान की सूचना दी।

शामली में उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने न केवल माफिया और अपराधियों बल्कि अन्य गलत काम करने वालों के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की है. अमरोहा में उन्होंने स्थानीय ढोलक वाद्य का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि वे ढोल बजाकर माफिया को रसातल में ले जाने में कामयाब रहे हैं.

इस बीच, सहारनपुर में उन्होंने लोगों को आश्वासन दिया कि राज्य कर्फ्यू और दंगों से मुक्त है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने रायबरेली, उन्नाव, लखनऊ, मथुरा, फिरोजाबाद, आगरा, सीतापुर, लखीमपुर, बलरामपुर और गोरखपुर की अपनी यात्राओं के दौरान अपनी "बुलडोजर बाबा" छवि को जारी रखा, राज्य से अपराधियों और भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने पर अपनी सरकार का ध्यान केंद्रित करने पर जोर दिया। रिपोर्ट जोड़ी गई।

अतीक और मुख्तार का जिक्र

यूपी बीजेपी भी सोशल मीडिया पर माफिया और अपराधियों का मुद्दा उठा रही है. पार्टी समाजवादी पार्टी और अतीक और मुख्तार जैसे अपराधियों के बीच रस्साकशी दिखा रही है. बीजेपी ने आरोप लगाया कि अपराधी ही अखिलेश की वापसी चाहते हैं.

अखिलेश यादव ने रविवार को गोरखपुर में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान भाजपा सरकार पर कानून व्यवस्था और साफ-सफाई के मुद्दे पर सवाल उठाए थे. प्रदेश में हो रही आपराधिक घटनाओं से जनता त्रस्त है। रेप और चोरी की घटनाएं चरम पर हैं। उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि भाजपा पिछले 6 वर्षों में कचरा हटाने में विफल रही है। '

अलीगढ़ में बीजेपी ने 19 मुस्लिम उम्मीदवारों को टिकट दिया है

भाजपा ने अलीगढ़ में 19 मुस्लिम नगरसेवक उम्मीदवारों को टिकट देकर चौंका दिया है, जिसे कुछ लोगों ने राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए 'रणनीतिक' कदम बताया है।

अलीगढ़ नगर निगम, जिसमें 90 वार्ड हैं, में 11 मई को शहरी स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण में मतदान होगा। 2017 के पिछले निकाय चुनावों में, भाजपा अलीगढ़ मेयर की सीट बहुजन समाज पार्टी के मोहम्मद फुरकान से हार गई थी।

कुल मिलाकर, 17 नगर निगम, 199 नगर परिषद और 439 नगर पंचायत अपने नए प्रतिनिधियों का चुनाव करेंगे। इस बार नगरीय निकायों की संख्या 107 बढ़कर 653 से 760 हो गई है।

निकाय चुनाव के लिए मतगणना 13 मई को होगी।
